Cooking Classes take place in my home kitchen, in Granite Bay California. I am conveniently located by the Sierra College/ Douglas Blvd interchange. I am walking distance from Greenhills elementary school and Olympus jr High and just a bike ride away from Excelsior.
90 min class. limited to 8 students. $55
Hands-on cookie chaos: start with perfect chocolate-chip dough, then hit the mix-in bar like a kid in a candy store (M&Ms, pretzels, nuts, whatever your weird heart wants). Scoop, bake a few hot ones to devour now, and smuggle home frozen dough balls for future emergencies. Zero skills needed—just vibes, big flavors, and a solid chance your cookies will be gloriously yummy!

Magic Pasta Laboratory
90 min class. limited to 8 students. $55
Kids whip up fresh, two-tone pasta from scratch, crank it through old-school machines like tiny Italian nonnas, then devour it in three outrageously different styles. They exit knowing pasta is just flour, eggs, and a dash of kitchen witchcraft—and that one noodle can live three delicious lives.
