Cooking Classes take place in my home kitchen, in Granite Bay California. I am conveniently located by the Sierra College/ Douglas Blvd interchange. I am walking distance from Greenhills elementary school and Olympus jr High and just a bike ride away from Excelsior.

Handmade Pasta
Warning: You’re about to become dangerously good at fresh pasta and never look at boxed spaghetti the same again. Zero experience needed—just you, flour, eggs, and the crazy energy required to crank out perfect fettuccine, weirdly aesthetic ravioli, or whatever shape matches your vibe. Expect flour fights, questionable TikTok-worthy techniques, and sauce that actually slaps.
Leave with a full stomach, bragging rights, and the ability to flex “I made this from scratch” every time someone posts their sad microwave meal.
