Happy Hour at the Butter Bar

Service Description

Class Date: Thursday May 7th 6:30-9pm Welcome to The Butter Bar — a cozy, hands-on cooking class where we slow down, get a little messy, and make real butter from scratch. We will transform fresh cream into rich, golden butter by hand, then we’ll turn it into a custom butter flight, mixing in herbs, garlic, honey, sea salt - you choose. While your butter comes together, you'll learn how to make dinner rolls! What’s included:     •    Hands-on butter-making     •    Three flavored butters created by you     •    Fresh, warm homemade rolls     •    A take-home jar of fresh buttermilk to create with later Limited to 4 guests
