I understand that alcoholic beverages may be served or consumed before, during, or after this class. I acknowledge that alcohol consumption involves inherent risks, including but not limited to impairment, illness, injury, accidents, allergic reactions, and interactions with medications.

I affirm that:

• I am 21 years of age or older

• I will consume alcohol voluntarily and responsibly

• I am solely responsible for knowing my personal limits

 

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with the consumption of alcohol in connection with this class, including risks that may arise before, during, or after the event.

 

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless OneCuteCookie Kitchen, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, volunteers, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to my consumption of alcohol, including claims based on ordinary negligence. This release includes, but is not limited to, claims for personal injury, illness, property damage, or third-party claims.

 

TRANSPORTATION & RESPONSIBILITY

I acknowledge that OneCuteCookie Kitchen does not provide transportation and is not

responsible for my actions before or after the event. I agree not to drive while impaired and understand that I am solely responsible for arranging safe transportation if needed.
