Summer Culinary Camp

A Three-Day Cooking Experience

​Each week features a three-day themed series, 2-hour class - offered as a morning or afternoon session.  Classes are limited to six chefs, giving every student the space to cook and build confidence in the kitchen.

Throughout the series, chefs develop foundational culinary skills in a warm, supportive setting. We make mistakes, spill flour, and lick our fingers -  fun happens while we learn. 

At the end of the week, each student will take home our signature keepsake bundle, including an apron, all recipes used in classes, session coordinated kitchen tool set, and as always - special goodies from Miss Amy.

Returning chefs who already have an apron from a previous One Cute Cookie Kitchen class, will receive a $25 culinary credit toward a future class.

Pack your bags - we're going to Italy!

Day 1 - Handmade Fettuccine, Marinara and Alfredo Sauce.

Day 2 - Lasagna and homemade Garlic knots

Day 3 - Pizza Party! 

Techniques -  kneading and handling yeast dough, simmering sauces, layering lasagna, forming garlic knots, making pizza dough like a boss and more.

Day 1 - Sandwich Bread & Dinner Rolls

Day 2 - Cinnamon Rolls & Glazed Twists

Day 3 - Bagels and Shmear

Techniques - working with yeast, kneading and shaping, rolling, filling, boiling, baking, glazes and finishes.

Taking our chefs on a journey around the world - no passports required! 

Day 1 - A Night in Mexico - Street Tacos, Guacamole, Churros

Day 2 - A Night in Greece - Chicken Pita Bread sandwich, Greek Salad

Day 3 - A Night in Japan -Fried Rice, Chicken Stir Fry, Potstickers

Techniques - knife skills, making and rolling dough, flavor pairing, appreciation for different foods from around the world.

Cakes, Cookies and Pies!

Day 1 - Mini Layer Cakes and Cupcakes

Day 2 - Pies - Apple Crumble and S'mores

Day 3 - Cookies - Chocolate chip, Snickerdoodle, and Oatmeal Cream Pies. 

Techniques: Frosting.piping, scratch pastry crust, creaming methods, and more. 

2 Sessions times available 

9am-11am   1pm-3pm
