Media Consent

I consent to the photographing and/or video recording of myself by OneCuteCookie Kitchen

during participation in classes, programs, or events.

 

I authorize OneCuteCookie Kitchen, its owners, representatives, and employees, to use,

reproduce, edit, publish, and distribute such photographs and/or video recordings for lawful

business purposes, including but not limited to marketing and promotional materials, social

media platforms, website content, digital or print advertising, and educational or instructional

materials.

 

I understand and agree that:

My last name and other identifying personal information will not be used-

Images will be used in a respectful and appropriate manner-

Media will not be sold to third parties-

I will receive no compensation for the use of such media-

This consent is voluntary-

Consent may be revoked in writing for future use only-

This release is binding and irrevocable for media already published.

 

I hereby release and hold harmless One Cute Cookie Kitchen from any and all claims, demands,

or causes of action arising out of the use of such media.
