Youth Culinary Experience
There is a little chef in all of us waiting to be discovered. Our youth classes are purposely small, hands-on and designed to build confidence in a warm and encouraging environment where mistakes are part of learning.
Les Petits Chefs - Level 1
Building Foundations
(ages 5-10 recommended)
This is where young chefs begin their journey! Students gain skill through hands-on measuring, essential knife safety basics, guided stovetop and oven use, and following recipes step by step. We focus on feeling comfortable in the kitchen, practicing teamwork, and having fun while creating foods from scratch.
Youth Culinary Level 2
Growing Independence
(ages 9-15 recommended)
Level 2 is designed for students ready to take more ownership in the kitchen. They'll refine their knife skills, strengthen competence with timing and multitasking, and move beyond simply following recipes - to understanding how flavors and techniques come together. This level encourages thoughtful decision making, creativity, and independence as young chefs create.
