Risk & Liability Release

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISK

 

I understand that participation in culinary classes and activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to cuts, burns, slips, falls, allergic reactions, choking, and injuries related to kitchen tools, appliances, or food ingredients.

 

I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with my and/or my child’s participation.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless, OneCuteCookie Kitchen, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and volunteers from any and all claims, demands, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to my and/or my child’s participation, including claims based on ordinary negligence.
